Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it's possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and packaging arrived exactly as the product was.
- Normal handling of the product is assumed; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important were thoroughly cleaned before the start of the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
During sales or promotional periods, if your total order exceeds €100, no refund will be issued. In case of return, a voucher valid for our entire store will be issued.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@nuvetteparis.fr
- Please ensure the email contains the following: Order number, Reason for return request, Photo of the product (if damaged), Customer's first and last name, Customer's address
We will then contact you with the return address to our warehouse. Therefore, please do not return the package to the company's physical address. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive or accept the last goods. As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and thus a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform NuvetteParis of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). Withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Recording of shipments in transit
Once the goods have been shipped and are in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. We ask that you wait to receive your package and then return it to us if necessary. You can, of course, notify us in advance if you wish to cancel. To ensure prompt processing of the return, we simply ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the returned goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
